Sitting across from brilliant Cambridge, IB, AP and SAT students, watching them drown in nine subjects, internal assessments, EE, TOK, CAS, AP exams, SAT prep and a college list that grew heavier every term. Which curricula do you teach?+
Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge O Levels, Cambridge A Levels, Edexcel IGCSE and A Levels, IB PYP, IB MYP, IB DP (SL and HL), IB CP, Advanced Placement courses and Digital SAT preparation.
Who is an Expert Educator?+
An Expert Educator has completed a minimum of 100 hours of live one to one teaching at KAPreps with an 80% or higher grade improvement record. They are curriculum trained mentors, ideal for concept building, homework mastery and steady weekly practice.
Who is a Specialist Educator?+
A Specialist Educator has completed a minimum of 1000 hours of live one to one teaching at KAPreps with an 85% or higher grade improvement record. They are deep subject specialists, best suited to structured revision, past paper technique and exam answer engineering.
Who is a Grade Transformation Expert?+
A Grade Transformation Expert has completed a minimum of 5000 hours of live one to one teaching at KAPreps with a 90% or higher grade improvement record. These are examiner level mentors for A star and Level 7 targets, mock conditioning and top university preparation.
Which educator category is right for my child?+
If your child needs clarity and confidence in the fundamentals, choose an Expert Educator. If your child is close to the next band and needs sharper exam technique, choose a Specialist Educator. If you are targeting the very top grades or a competitive university profile, choose a Grade Transformation Expert. After the free trial we recommend the right fit based on the current grade and the target grade, and you are free to choose differently.
What packages do you offer?+
Foundation is 10 one to one hours over a 1 month plan and is our minimum package, built for targeted gap closing. Stalwarts is 24 one to one hours over a 2 month plan, designed to move your child at least one performance band up. Achievers is 48 one to one hours over a 4 month plan, designed for top band performance with monthly progress reports.
How are the fees worked out?+
Fees depend on three choices: your curriculum and grade group, your educator category, and your package. Select them in the fees section and the per class fee and total update instantly. IB DP HL is charged 10% above IB DP SL because of the depth and paper load.
What if my child is not comfortable with the educator?+
Our educator change policy is no questions asked. Tell us anytime, for any reason, and we arrange another free trial with a different educator within the same seven working day window. Your remaining hours always stay with you.
How are the classes conducted?+
All sessions are live, online and strictly one to one, scheduled around your child's school and activity timetable across any time zone.
How do you track progress?+
Every learner gets a growth plan, regular assessments with detailed feedback, monthly progress reports and parent review calls.
What is the differentiation methodology?+
It is a science backed, skill based teaching approach where the plan is built around how your child learns, rather than one size fits all teaching. It targets maximum outcome with minimum burnout.
What happens after I enrol?+
After you finalise your educator and confirm enrolment, an academic counsellor runs an orientation and counselling session to design a complete roadmap, covering both target grades and admission to top universities. Educators and counsellors then handhold you through the entire journey.
